Retreat in Daily Life
During seasons such as Lent and Advent, I offer a retreat in daily life (RDL). Participants receive a weekly email with readings and guided prayer exercises designed to build awareness of God in daily life. During the RDL, participants meet with me for 1:1 spiritual direction in person, virtually or by phone. The RDL concludes with an in-person contemplative retreat (half-day, full day or weekend).
If you or a group of friends are interested in a personally designed RDL any time of the year, please contact me. (Book an Appointment)
Cost? Cost ranges from $100-200 for an RDL (with half-day mini retreat) depending on the number of weeks and number of 1:1 sessions. We highly recommend concluding your RDL with a weekend retreat (see above).
